How does TSBDaN Online Banking operate?
All you need is a PC with Internet access and any
Thomaston Savings Bank deposit
account (checking, savings, money market,
CD or IRA).
you may enroll for Internet Banking
on-line on our web site. all of your accounts listed under your social
security number will be set for TSBDaN Internet banking.
You can be anywhere in the world with Internet access
and get your account information.
Get Real-Time Account Balances. This means account
balances are generally updated during the day as
transactions occur. Account transaction details such as
withdrawals, checks cashed and deposits update to your
statement history during overnight processing. You can
see what checks have cleared, ATM and Debit Card
activity, transfer funds among statement accounts, pay
bills and more. Checking account history is available
for at least 45 days and 1 year for statement savings
accounts.
How secure is my account information?
In addition to your own personal Access ID and password,
the system includes secure browsers and servers, 128-bit
encryption and firewalls.
How private is the information I provide?
You can view information in the privacy of your own
home. We've taken security precautions to provide
privacy and safety as stated above. You may, from time
to time, receive information regarding the Thomaston
Savings Bank Online Banking system and our marketing
materials.
What transactions can I perform online?
You can transfer funds among statement accounts, make
loan payments and pay bills.
How does Bill Pay work?
Bill payment allows you to pay bills from your checking
account you may: Perform a one-time payment. Set up
recurring payments. Get a bill e-mailed directly to you
from a selected list of companies. Have your checking
account debited for your bill payment from certain
companies. E-Mail money to an individual.
Allow at least 4 business days from the scheduled
payment date until your bills due date.

How do I sign up for Thomaston Savings Bank Day and
Night ( TSBDaN ) Online Banking?

What are the computer requirements?
You can use any PC or Mac with a modem, secure Web
browser and Internet provider. We recommend Pentium
class processor with a 28k, 33k or 56k speed modem.
