Pilar started with the Bank almost 10 years ago as a Teller and worked her way up to Branch Manager through multiple customer facing roles including, Teller Supervisor, CSA and Assistant Branch Manager. Pilar appreciates the connections and relationships she builds with her customers and co-workers. Through these connections, she feels connected to her community and is able to make an impact that goes beyond meeting customers financial needs.
Pilar is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Greater Waterbury and is an active member of YPOWR (Young Professionals of the Waterbury Region).
Sherrie came to Thomaston Savings Bank in 2019 as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a representative of the Bank, Sherrie loves developing long lasting customer relationships while assisting them with their financial needs.
Sherrie also proudly serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Bristol Preschool & Child Care Center.

Phyllis came to Thomaston Savings Bank in 2012 as a Training and Development Specialist. As a representative of the Bank, Phyllis loves working with individuals from all walks of life and in all kinds of financial shape. The most rewarding feeling for her is being able to assist individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial needs.
Phyllis serves on the Bristol Rotary Club’s Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the Bristol Rotary Scholarship Fund Inc.
Antonella started with the Bank in 2019 and brought with her, an extensive knowledge of the Farmington area. Antonella is very involved in the Farmington and Plainville communities as a Board Member of the Farmington Public Schools Foundation, Plainville Community Food Pantry, and Plainville Chamber of Commerce. She is also a SCORE Mentor and Farmington Rotarian.
Antonella enjoys meeting with prospective customers and determining the best way the Bank can meet their needs without losing sight of their goals.

Diane joined the Bank over 10 years ago as a Branch Manager. She is an active member in her community serving an Associate of the Harwinton Women’s Club and spends time volunteering with the Salvation Army and the Harwinton Food Pantry. She loves interacting with her customers and the Harwinton community.
Amanda started with Thomaston Savings Bank in 2010 working as a Teller, Senior Teller, CSA, Assistant Manager before becoming the Branch Manager of our Middlebury branch.
Amanda is a member of Young Professionals of the Waterbury Region (YPOWR) and is involved with Relay for Life. She enjoys meeting people and establishing relationships with new customers while deepening existing relationships with existing customers.
Ilona started with Thomaston Savings Bank over 20 years ago and has served in several customer facing roles including, Teller, CSA, and Assistant Branch Manager before becoming a Branch Manager. She enjoys interacting with her customers and being involved in the community. Ilona is a member of the Watertown Rotary where she has held several positions and served on numerous committees. She is also a member of the Watertown Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Joe Garassino Gold Committee.
Anila came to Thomaston Savings Bank in 2005 as an Assistant Branch Manager. Although it's not without its challenges, Anila finds working with customers to be incredibly rewarding. She finds great satisfaction in assisting customers with their banking needs, building their businesses, planning retirement, and helping them meet their financial goals. She participates in community outreach by providing financial and fraud prevention workshops to local community groups.
Rob started with Thomaston Savings Bank in 2012 and has held a variety of customer facing roles. After starting as a Teller, Rob worked his way through the ranks of Senior Teller, Head Teller, CSA, Assistant Branch Manager, and ultimately Branch Manager.
Rob is passionate about the work the bank does for the community and thoroughly enjoys being able to help build strong bonds and long-term relationships with our customers. He is grateful for the opportunity to help coach his team and lead them to greater success.
Cindy joined the Bank in 2012 as a Branch Manager. She is happy to support her customers with their banking needs and finds great satisfaction in offering them solutions that help in their efforts to meet their financial goals. Cindy is on the Advisory Committee of the Wolcott Food Pantry and loves that Thomaston Savings Bank is not only committed to supporting the community but encourages their employees to do the same.

Ashleigh started with Thomaston Savings Bank in 2005 as a Teller. She worked her way up to Branch Manager after serving as Senior Teller and CSR. She enjoys interacting with her staff, customers and the public through her job and utilizing her creative problem solving and analytical skills on a daily basis.
Ashleigh is involved in her community serving as a Task Force Member of the Young Professionals of the Waterbury Region (YPOWR) and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Literacy Volunteers of Greater Waterbury.

Marilyn started with the Bank over eight years ago as a Mortgage Originator and has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. She takes a personal interest in her customers and works hard to build a rapport with them so she can more easily understand their needs and help them to meet and exceed their financial goals.
Marilyn is very active in the community. In addition to being a Terryville Rotarian she serves on several boards including, MSCF Women and Girls Fund, Bristol Hospital Foundation, and the United Way of West Central CT.
Gabriel came to Thomaston Savings Bank in 2016 as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a representative of the Bank, Gabriel feels that having a direct and positive impact on someone's financial wellbeing is a great reward. He feels fulfilled serving as a leader and creating lasting relationships within the community.
Gabriel proudly advocates for and volunteers with the New England Chapter of Autism Speaks.

As a representative of the Bank, Sue finds helping her customers meet their financial milestones very rewarding and is happy to help them on their financial journey. Sue supports Thomaston by serving as Treasurer for the town’s Christmas Committee.
