Thomaston Savings Bank has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Connecticut Post for a third consecutive year. Thomaston Savings Bank is among 45 companies that have been selected for the 2017 Top Workplace award which represents small, mid-sized, and large companies and who were chosen based on employee surveys. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
Thomaston Savings Bank, along with the other Top Workplaces award winners, were recognized at a gala celebration on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Waterview in Monroe, CT. Thomaston Savings Bank ranked number 6 in the mid-sized companies, up from number 9 in 2016.
