Thomaston Savings Bank is pleased to announce the addition of John Scarritt as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer to their team. In this role, Mr. Scarritt will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s commercial lending and deposit relationships throughout central Connecticut.

John has over 15 years of community banking experience working with businesses of all sizes throughout Connecticut with their commercial loan and deposit product needs.
Mr. Scarritt is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing. Additional achievements include the 2015 New Leader in Banking Award from the Connecticut Bankers Association.
Born and raised in Bristol, Connecticut, John has been involved in various capacities to several community organizations in the greater Bristol area including the United Way of Central Connecticut, Main Street Community Foundation, Bristol Boys & Girls Club, and the Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut. He currently resides in Farmington.
