Thomaston Savings Bank employees Whitney Cadett, VP, Marketing Officer, and Kelly Crone, VP, Residential Mortgage Officer, were named New Leaders in Banking by the Connecticut Bankers Association (CBA). They were recognized during a special reception at BankWorld 2022, held at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino.
The CBA asks bankers throughout Connecticut to nominate individuals they believe to be an outstanding employee, manager or business leader who is making a notable impact within their bank and community. The CBA receives numerous nominations that are vetted by an independent panel of judges, none of whom are active bankers. After review, the panel selected thirteen individuals as this year’s “New Leaders in Banking.”
“Congratulations to Whitney and Kelly! This award is testament to the great work they both contribute to the Thomaston Savings Bank team. We are proud to have committed leaders representing the Bank and contributing to our local communities.” - Stephen L. Lewis, Thomaston Savings Bank, President & CEO
