Patrick Quinn was recently named Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, of Thomaston Savings Bank, following the retirement of the Bank’s former Chief Information Officer, Jack Lynn.
Patrick joined Thomaston Savings Bank in 2002, having experience in IT services and equipment. He was named an officer of the Bank in 2008, became a senior officer in 2015, and with his latest promotion, joined the Bank’s Executive Team.
In his new role, Patrick oversees the Bank’s Information Technology and Facilities Departments, and is responsible for the safety, security and functionality of its facilities, network and employees.

Patrick has earned many degrees and certifications, including an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Naugatuck Valley Community College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University. He is both Comptia A+ and Network+ certified, and is an Independent Community Bankers of America Certified Bank Technology Officer. He is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and continues to pursue educational opportunities in banking.
Patrick resides in Thomaston, Connecticut where he loyally volunteers for Relay for life and serves as treasurer for his home owners association.
