Francesca Kracht of Thomaston Savings Bank Named New Leader in Banking by Connecticut Banking Magazine

Thomaston Savings Bank is proud to announce that, Vice President/Senior Project Officer, Francesca Kracht has been named a “New Leader in Banking.” Francesca was honored at a Gala Awards Ceremony and dinner held at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino on Thursday, January 12, 2017.

The Connecticut Bankers Association and Connecticut Banking magazine asked bankers throughout Connecticut to nominate individuals they believe were rising stars in the banking industry. Nominees needed to be working at a bank in Connecticut, be 50 years old or younger at any point in 2016, and be making a significant contribution to their institution or community.

Francesca was promoted in 2015 to VP – Senior Project Officer and is responsible for the overall management of strategic projects at Thomaston Savings Bank. Francesca is an accomplished, multi-talented professional with achievements in management roles demonstrating expertise in operations, compliance, and technical/procedural documentation.

Francesca is currently studying to obtain a project manager certification through the Center for Financial Training (CFT). Thomaston Savings Bank will depend on Francesca’s initiative and leadership to guide them through various projects and initiatives.

In addition to superior job performance, Francesca serves the local community by belonging to the board directors of the Litchfield Tri-Town Youth Baseball & Softball league. She is currently secretary of the board as well as assistant softball coach and team manager. In the past year she has volunteered over 100 hours with the little league organization. Francesca has also represented the bank by serving on the board of directors of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce.
