Thomaston Savings Bank Donates New Muzzy Field Scoreboard in Bristol

Thomaston Savings Bank funded the production and installment of the new scoreboard at Muzzy Field in Bristol. Muzzy Field serves as a recreational space for high school and collegiate level sporting events, most notably the Bristol Blues Baseball League.

Muzzy Field has been in use since 1912 for both baseball and football. The grandstand was built in 1939 and renovations have been made over time to include a new front entrance, seating expansion and other improvements.
