Thomaston Savings Bank Receives Beautification Award from the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and the Bristol Development Authority

Thomaston Savings Bank, Thomaston, CT – Thomaston Savings Bank, Thomaston, CT – Thomaston Savings Bank is pleased to announce it has been honored by the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and the City of Bristol Development Authority as a recipient of the Business Beautification Award for new construction for their newest Bristol branch located at 120 Farmington Avenue. The 2016 Beautification Awards and Economic Development Breakfast was held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol to honor businesses in Bristol that have made strides to improve and beautify their properties through landscaping, maintenance and physical improvements during the past year.

This new branch provides our existing Bristol customers with greater access to our products and services. It also opens up opportunities to new customers that travel more frequently on the Route 6 corridor. We were fortunate to find several contiguous parcels with great access to both Farmington Avenue and a secondary access with a traffic light at Rustic Terrace. We combined the demolition of the existing buildings on the contiguous parcels to improve the site with our one facility.”
