Sharon Caggiano Promoted to Vice President, Employee Experience Officer

Thomaston Savings Bank has announced the promotion of Sharon Caggiano to Vice President, Employee Experience Officer. This is a new role intended to increase the emphasis of the Bank’s employee experience throughout their entire lifecycle within the organization, from recruiting and onboarding to journey management, all the way to retirement. In this role, she will also oversee the Human Resources and Training departments.

Sharon joined the Bank in 2011 as an intern following her undergrad at Post University. She proceeded to hold the following positions: HR Assistant, HR Generalist, and HR Business partner & Corporate Secretary. She is committed to her community, serving on the Board of the Plymouth Community Food Pantry and as their secretary. Sharon resides in Wolcott with her husband Domenic and her daughter Cecilia.
