Thomaston Savings Bank Congratulates Corporator, Amanda Nardozzi, PhD, on New Role at Safe Haven

Thomaston Savings Bank is pleased to congratulate Corporator, Amanda Nardozzi, PhD, on being chosen as Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury’s new Executive Director. She brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience and earned her PhD in Psychology from Walden University with a M.S. in Forensic Psychology as well as earning a Master of Philosophy in Psychology and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice.

Dr. Nardozzi joined Thomaston Savings Bank as a Corporator in the Fall of 2022. She is heavily involved in the community serving as commissioner for the City of Waterbury’s Board of Education and sitting on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Waterbury. She previously served as a Community Advisory Board Member for the Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, the Board of Directors of Jane Doe No More, as well as the Naugatuck Youth Services Board. She resides in Waterbury with her husband James and has four children.
