Thomaston Savings Bank Forms AHEAD, Equal Access Outreach Committee

Thomaston Savings Bank recently formed AHEAD – the Alliance for Hispanic Education Advancement and Development. This initiative is intended to foster deeper connections and understanding with the Hispanic community to best serve the needs of the Bank’s customers.

This committee is made up of employees from different backgrounds and communities. AHEAD is committed to effective outreach, standing as the bridge between the Bank and the diverse Hispanic population across the towns it serves. Through AHEAD, the Bank aims to create meaningful engagement, promote financial literacy, and ensure that the needs of the Hispanic community are heard, understood, and met.
