Jason Alldredge Promoted to Mortgage Loan Sales Manager

Thomaston Savings Bank recently promoted Jason Alldredge to AVP, Mortgage Loan Sales Manager. In this role, Jason is responsible for managing the Mortgage Loan Originator staff and achieving assigned mortgage and production goals in accordance with all Bank guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Jason joined the Bank in 2003 as a lending trainee covering origination, collections, and construction advances. He quickly learned the intricacies of mortgage origination, became a lender, and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Vice President in the fall of 2023. Mr. Alldredge ranks among the top loan originators in his markets by the Warren Group. He has previously been named the number eight loan originator in the state of CT in 2020 and originated the most loans in Litchfield County in 2018.

Mr. Alldredge earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Haven. He is an active participant in his community serving as a Coach for Oxford Babe Ruth Baseball since 2018 and volunteering with Flanders Nature Center in Woodbury.
