Thomaston Savings Bank Announces Recent Promotions

Thomaston Savings Bank President & CEO, Stephen Lewis announced recent spring promotions.

Rebekah Stokes, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Becky started as a teller with the Bank in November 2001, holding various positions within retail. She joined the Finance Department in 2008 and was promoted to the role of Vice President, Senior Financial Officer in 2016 and to SVP, Chief Financial Officer in 2019 respectively. As EVP, Becky will continue to lead the Bank’s financial strategy and help shape the Bank’s full strategic plan.

Jen Wabiszczewicz, Vice President, Controller

Jen has been with the Bank for over 25 years, starting out as a teller in November of 1998. She has held several positions within the organization, advancing to Senior Teller, Head Teller, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Supervisor, Assistant Treasurer/Accounting Manager and was promoted to AVP, Accounting Manager in 2023. In Jen’s new role, she will continue to focus on the quality of the Bank’s accounting and financial reporting while closely monitoring our ongoing financial health.

Chad Belanger, Vice President, Treasurer

Chad first worked for Thomaston Savings Bank in March 2006 – August 2007 with the Bank’s School-to-Career Program as a teller. In 2011, Chad rejoined the Bank as a teller and quickly grew within the organization, advancing to a Senior Teller and then to a Head Teller. In September of 2012, Chad moved to the Finance Department where he advanced through the ranks to AVP, Treasury Analyst. With Chad’s latest promotion, he will continue to focus on the Bank’s daily cash flow, investments, debt, liquidity, reserve management and more.
