Kelly Crone, was promoted to First Vice President, Residential Mortgage Officer

Kelly joined the Bank in 2015, where she began as an Assistant Vice President in Residential and Consumer Lending. She brought years of knowledge and experience to her role and advanced to Vice President in 2020. She previously worked at a financial institution’s mortgage company where she experienced many industry changes over the course of 23 years. Kelly is a Direct Endorsed Underwriter for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She remains committed to the community having served on the Board of Directors for six years and as the Secretary for Habitat Humanity of Greater Waterbury. Kelly currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA).          

Gina Kapusta, was promoted to Vice President, Compliance & Fair Lending Officer

Gina joined the Bank in 1988 as a teller. Throughout her 35 years of service she has held a variety of positions including Branch Manager, Training and Development Officer, and most recently, Compliance Officer. In her new role she will manage the Bank’s Compliance and Fair Lending programs. She is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and holds an A.S. in Business Management from the New England College of Business. Gina is committed to giving back to the community, volunteering with the Salvation Army for over 20 years. She served as the Litchfield Hills Unit Treasurer for 17 years and is still an active member. She lives in Oxford with her husband John and their two dogs.
