Thomaston Savings Bank proudly announces the graduation of two employees from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management (CSFM). Jason Alldredge, AVP, Mortgage Loan Sales Manager, and Huascar Beato, Officer, Branch Manager, have successfully completed the extensive two-year program, developing a broader perspective of the banking industry, and a greater awareness of their individual capacities. Jason achieved exceptional academic recognition, graduating with honors and earning the Michael J. Piette Honors Award, which is awarded to the top 10% of each graduating class.

CSFM, sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association, offers intensive bank management training designed to deepen participants’ understanding of banking theories, practices, capital markets, and management functions. This comprehensive curriculum equips graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in new responsibilities and management roles within the banking sector.
Since its establishment in 1962, CSFM has graduated over 2,950 banking professionals, contributing significantly to the industry’s talent pool, and fostering continuous growth and excellence.
