Thomaston Savings Bank Participates in CT’s New Mobile Home Loan Program

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is now offering the Mobile Manufactured Home Loan Program for a limited time to assist consumers in purchasing a primary mobile residence. Thomaston Savings Bank is one of four participating providers for lending services. Those who are interested are encouraged to reach out to their lender as soon as possible to see if they are eligible.

The Mobile Manufactured Home Loan Program is available to eligible participants who are looking to purchase or refinance a mobile manufactured home in Connecticut.
