Thomaston Savings Bank has elected eight new Corporators during their 2025 Annual Meeting. The Bank’s Corporators are tasked with promoting the mission, vision and values of Thomaston Savings Bank and its historic mutual charter to the community.

Lisa Attle is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Metal Finishing Technologies, LLC, where she oversees financial operations, treasury management, and administrative functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is credentialed as a CPA in the State of Connecticut. She is actively involved in community service, serving on committees and boards for organizations such as the Main Street Community Foundation, American Clock and Watch Museum, Bristol Health, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Lisa resides in Bristol with her three children.
Ted Barber is President of Chittenden Insurance Group, a fourth-generation, family-owned, independent insurance agency, headquartered in Naugatuck. He joined the firm in 2013 and became its President in 2023, continuing his family’s long tradition of community-minded leadership and client service. A graduate of The Taft School and St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Mathematics, Ted began his career as a reinsurance underwriter before moving into client advisory work. Ted holds several professional designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Workers Comp Professional (WCP), and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). He was raised in Watertown and currently resides in Woodbridge, Connecticut.
Nicole Bosco is the Executive Director for the New Britain Downtown District, a Business Improvement District surrounded by cultural gateways known as Little Poland and the Barrio Latino. She attended the University of Connecticut. Nicole serves on several Board of Directors including the New Britain Institute, Community Mental Health Affiliates, and CT Economic Development Association. Most recently, Nicole was awarded Young Professional of the Year by the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce. She resides in New Britain with her husband and two children.
Rosemary Briglia recently served as Thomaston Savings Bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She joined the Bank in 2004 as a Commercial Lender, bringing with her a wealth of experience in both financial advising and small business banking. Rosemary earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Providence College and her MBA from the University of New Haven. Rosemary stays involved in her community by volunteering with the United Way of Greater Waterbury and serving as a Committee Member for the Greater Waterbury Campership Fund. Rosemary resides in Middlebury with her husband.
Kara Oneglia is a Vice President at O&G Industries, where she oversees sales, production, material handling, and delivery across eight locations in Connecticut. With a B.A. in Business Management and an MBA, Kara has been immersed in the construction materials industry since high school, working her way through various roles within O&G’s masonry division. In 2012, Kara assumed leadership of the masonry, stone fabrication, and material yard operations. She also contributes to corporate marketing, human resources, and helps manage O&G’s repair facilities alongside her cousin. She currently resides in Watertown, Connecticut.
David Pelletier is a partner at the accounting firm Budwitz & Meyerjack, P.C., where he has dedicated 41 years of service. He currently manages the firm’s Cheshire office and provides clients with a wide range of services, including accounting, tax, financial statement attestation, and consulting. David is deeply involved in the community serving as the Vice Chairman of the Cheshire Economic Development Commission, Treasurer of the Connecticut Community Empowerment Foundation, and Secretary of Literacy Volunteers of Greater Waterbury. He is also the founding President of the Exchange Club Family Life Foundation of Greater Waterbury. David lives in Cheshire, Connecticut, with his wife.
Jason Rodriguez is a dealer principal at Blasius Kia of Watertown. He began his career in sales at Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac, a family-owned dealership, where he built a top-tier book of business and later transitioned into management, leading teams, and training staff. After 14 years in Variable Operations, he attended the NADA Dealer Academy to expand his expertise in dealership operations. Following his training, Jason managed Fixed Operations for four years before co-founding Blasius Kia in 2021. He currently resides in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Keith Sullivan is a partner at the accounting firm Zackin Zimyeski & Sullivan. He is a lifelong member of the Waterbury community and graduated from Marist College with a B.A. in Accounting. He received his CPA license in 1992 and became a partner at Zackin Zimyeski Sullivan, CPA LLC in 1996. Keith supervises over 30 not-for-profit engagements. Currently, he acts as Treasurer and Board Member of two for-profit corporations and one not-for-profit. He is married and resides in Middlebury, Connecticut.
