Thomaston Savings Bank welcomes Paul McLaughlin, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, to the team. Paul joins the Bank with over 35 years of banking experience serving clients in various capacities.

Deeply committed to serving our community, Paul has held numerous leadership positions throughout Northwest Connecticut. His past board involvement includes the Oliver Wolcott Library Board of Directors, the United Way of Northwest CT Board of Directors, the Litchfield Historical Society Board of Trustees, and serving as President of the Litchfield Area Business Association. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the McCall Behavioral Health Network Board, a position he has held since 2019.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and the National School of Banking. He resides in Torrington, Connecticut, with his wife, Paula, and their children, Cathryn and Zachary.
