Thomaston Savings Bank has elected three new Corporators during their 2024 Annual Meeting. The Bank’s Corporators are tasked with promoting the mission, vision and value of Thomaston Savings Bank and its historic mutual charter to the community.

Ray Cocozza is the Chairman and CEO of Conveyco Technologies, Inc. and New Dawn Supply Chain Technologies, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
Mr. Cocozza joined Conveyco in 1998 after graduating college, first working in the shop, then holding positions in controls engineering, project engineering, and sales before being appointed Vice President in 2006 and President in 2013 respectively. Ray's interests include technology, guitar, continuous learning, investing, traveling with family, and giving back to the communities in which the Cocozza family lives and works.
Chris Porcher, a lifelong New Britain, CT resident, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in behavioral and integrated healthcare. Chris has been with Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA) for 9 years, serving in multiple roles and currently holds the position of Vice President, Senior Operations Officer. He graduated from the University of Saint Joseph’s School of Social Work and the School of Business.
Mr. Porcher has been celebrated for leading an Integrated Health Care program to great success and for playing a pivotal role in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Additionally, he serves on multiple local boards and plays a vital role as an Executive Member of the New Britain Opioid Task Force.
Lauren Forgione is the President of F&F Concrete, a family-owned ready-mixed concrete supplier in Southington, CT. She earned her degree in business and played soccer at the University of Rhode Island. Since joining the business, she has been committed to quality, sustainability, growth, and development.
Mrs. Forgione serves as the Vice President of the Connecticut Ready Mixed Concrete Association. She holds board positions with the Associated Builders & Contractors of Connecticut and the Calvanese Foundation. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys skiing, boating, traveling, and spending time with her wife and two children, ages 2 and 4, in West Hartford, CT.
